ERMS is UT Health San Antonio’s implementation of the Huron Research Suites. ERMS is a product suite used for Agreements, COI & COC and IRB study submission and management, Grants, and IACUC. Support includes new user onboarding, data migration assistance and training, application assistance and issue reporting. Freezerworks is a platform to support the management of institutional biobanking inventory.


Support includes new user onboarding, training, application assistance, PID assistance (internal and external), monthly reporting and issue reporting. iLab software provides a unified interface for core facility request management, equipment reservations, project tracking, billing and invoicing, and reporting.
