iLab

To access iLab, you will need a UTHSCSA ID and Password. If you do not have an iLab account, and would like to get one, please contact vpr-it@uthscsa.edu or call 210-450-6666. 

Please use the “Request Service” button to open a ticket for any additional requests including functionality, configuration, and technical problem. 

Types of assistance

• PID update and access 
  • Requires PID approver’s email as proof of approval 
  • Requires PID requester’s name and email address 
  • PID 

• External funding lab set up

  • Name of Core and the POC 

  • Requires price type agreement 

  • Name of PI and Lab members for external funding lab 

  • Funding source (VA, foundations etc) 

• Billing, Invoice

  • Invoice ID 

  • Core name 

• Technical questions or Training requests
