General Information-Access/Permissions
You must have a Freezerworks account to use Freezerworks Desktop and Freezerworks Web Client. If you would like to access Freezerworks but do not currently have an account, click "Request Service" button and complete the form options. When requesting access specify which account type you are referring to. Type of accounts:
- Standard account
- Full capabilities of access to both Desktop and Web Client.
- Suitable for lab managers and lab technicians.
- Lite account
- Only available to search, view records, run reports and export using Web Client.
- Suitable for PIs.

Freezerworks Installation
To install a Freezerworks Desktop, you will need assistance from the IMS Service Desk for Windows devices.

- I have an account with Freezerworks, but I can’t log in.
- In this case, it is highly likely that inactivity has caused your account to be deactivated. Please submit a Service Request ticket.
- Who should I get in touch with regarding an urgent Freezerworks issue?
