To access Complion and its Support Documentation, you will need a Complion account. If you do not have a Complion account and would like to inquire on gaining access please 

1. Click the “Request Service’ button and complete the form only after you have watched the Pre-recorded training videos listed below. Information you will need to know before submitting this form:
   1. The Group I should have access to
   2. If I should be a Department Administrator
   3. f I should have access to all UTHSA 21 CFR and/or UTHSA Central Binders

To submit all other requests such as technical or log in assistance:

• Where to find articles and videos relating to Complion?
  Helpful tips, articles, and videos can be found in the Support Center located on the upper right-hand side of the screen once you are logged on. 
  Once an account is established, go to https://support.complion.com/hc/en-us 
   
• Who needs a Complion account?
  Any individual who will need access to documents within Complion, will need an account.
   
• How do I get access to a Study Binder?
  To get access to a study binder, reach out to your site regulatory coordinator or equivalent at ctms-support@uthscsa.edu.
