- Click the “Request Service’ button and complete the form only after you have watched the videos listed above. Information you will need to know before submitting this form:
- The Group I should have access to
- If I should be a Department Administrator
- If I should have access to all UTHSA 21 CFR and/or UTHSA Central Binders
To submit all other requests such as technical or log in assistance:
- Click the “Request Service’ button to report application and product issues, request updates, training or access related to this software

- Who needs a Complion account?
Any individual who will need access to documents within Complion, will need an account.
- How do I get access to a Study Binder?
To get access to a study binder, reach out to your site regulatory coordinator or equivalent at ctms-support@uthscsa.edu.
