Log on Issues Tips
- Ensure you are using https://erms1.uthscsa.edu/
- If you are a student, do not include livemail when signing on. The format to use is domainid@uthscsa.edu. Additionally, you should use your Canvas password to log in.
- if you are unable to access the site please email vpr-it@uthscsa.edu to confirm you are in the ERMS system as not all Students will be listed.
- Logging into ERMS is with your university credentials, i.e. your university email and domain password. If you need to reset your university domain password, please contact the IMS support desk at 210-567-7777
