Requests are related to data in applications supported by the VPR Application Support team to include human and animal study data, agreements and conflict of interest data within the following products:ERMS: Agreements, IRB, COI, Iacuc, iLab; Freezerworks; ORCA; Velos eResearch; Pure Scholars. Once a request is submitted, a member of the team will work with you on your request in the order and priority in which it was received.
Report Requests
To submit a report request, download the report request template and provide the data fields needed. Submit with the TD request. Available fields can be found in the linked excel document, Reportable_UI_Fields_VPRApps_May 2025.xlsx listed within this ticket's available attachments, to the right.
