The purpose of this work ticket to initiate the expediting services of packages. This would include packages where a PO is not identified, damaged, department/contact not identified, over-shipment, wrong merchandise received, or other issues. This will allow the expediter to communicate via TDx the steps he/she has done to resolve the issue. This form will allow Materials Management to accurately track issues being expedited, what has been completed, and what is still pending. Additionally, this will allow Materials Management the ability to easily assist customers that have questions about their items being expedited and where in the process an item is. Eligibility: Any Materials Management staff member needing to initiate an expediting request.
