1. Open Outlook and navigate to your Junk folder.

2. Locate an email that should not have been routed to the Junk folder and right click on the message.

3. From the menu that appears mouse down the list to Junk and a secondary menu will appear.

4, The secondary menu provides various options on how you can prevent future emails from being sent the Junk fold.

- Never Block Sender: This option will prevent the specific email address from being routed to the Junk mail folder.
- Never Block Sender’s Domain: When selecting this option any email addresses from that specific domain will not be sent to the Junk mail folder.
- Never Block this Group or Mailing List: Selecting this option will prevent emails from being routed to the Junk mail folder where you are on the mailing list, or you part of a distribution list.
