Error when trying to connect to public folder on your mac

Go to Tools > Accounts

Under User Name: edit the user name to include @win.uthscsa.edu – Example – perezm24@win.uthscsa.edu.
Once updated, close the accounts box by clicking on the red circle on the top left.

You will get redirected to the UT Health login page to enter your password.
Select “Sign in with another account”

Enter your email address without the “win” in the user name and select “Sign In”
Enter your password, then select “Sign In”

Your outlook will connect, go back to Tools then Public Folders.

You will then see the list of public folders and be able to subscribe to them.
