In a web browser, connect to the network printer remotely using the IP address. for example: "10.111.191.121"
In the printer management page:
Goto "Networking" --> "Network Identification"
Enter the IPv4 DNS addresses shown below: it is very important you direct the printer to those two addresses.

Save your changes.
Goto "Scan" -> Click "Outgoing E-mail Profiles" on the left-hand pane. Then Click "New" to create your email profile.

**** Make sure "Auto CC" is UNCHECKED! Do not include sender when sending emails out from printer.
Once you apply the changes, Save and Test the profile. You should see this message if setup was done correctly.
