Issue: Global Protect Icon spins and status shows connecting
Resolution:
1. Click the Apple icon on the top left of screen and select System Settings…
2. Select General then scroll down and select Login Items & Extensions
3. Toggle on “Palo Alto Network”
4. Restart Mac
