A rule is an action that Microsoft Outlook takes automatically on an arriving or sent message that meets the conditions that you specify in the rule. Rules may interfere with emails arriving.
Issue: User has a rule set up that is interfering with emails.
Steps:
1. Click File in Outlook.
2. Click Rules and Alerts.
3. Select the rule you would like to delete where green arrow is and click Delete red arrow.
4. Click Ok.
