Review and approve requests for the UT Health San Antonio logo and name usage and placement, to ensure brand protection and compliance. Requests for individual department, program and unit logos will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.​

What to Expect

Branding Team Responsibilities

  • Consult with requestor to determine if project aligns with strategic priority and goals. 
  • Consult with requestor to determine needs, requirements and timeline. 
  • Communicate status of the project to requestor as needed.
  • Ensure all items are brand compliant.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide description and supporting content if needed.
  • Identify one point of contact for the project.
  • Respond to requests for approvals promptly.
  • Coordinate sign off with key stakeholders, if required.
