Move IT TD ticket to another Department

Move to Application

  1. From TDNext, select Actions
  2. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
 
   

Select Move to Application

  1. Select your Destination

  1. Read note in highlighted area
  2. Add your comments in the comment field
  3. Optionally you can enter the responsible person or group
  4. Select Move  in top left hand corner

Additional Notes:

  • The Request number will remain the same and the requestor will continue to be able to see the request in MyServiceCenter.
  • You can add yourself as a contact on the original request before moving it to be able to search for and see the request in MyServiceCenter after the transfer.
  1. NOTE: If moved to a destination that you do not have rights to, it will show a Permission Denied message (as shown below). The request, however, has been moved to the new service group. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
