Move to Application
- From TDNext, select Actions
Select Move to Application
- Select your Destination
- Read note in highlighted area
- Add your comments in the comment field
- Optionally you can enter the responsible person or group
- Select Move
in top left hand corner
Additional Notes:
- The Request number will remain the same and the requestor will continue to be able to see the request in MyServiceCenter.
- You can add yourself as a contact on the original request before moving it to be able to search for and see the request in MyServiceCenter after the transfer.
- NOTE: If moved to a destination that you do not have rights to, it will show a Permission Denied message (as shown below). The request, however, has been moved to the new service group.
