Join or Leave a Public Distribution Group

1. To join, Click here to navigate to access Groups I belong to. 
2. Click on the Join Icon

       3. In the dialog box that presents itself, select the group you want to join. You can search for a group by typing all or part of its name in the search window, and then selecting the search icon.                      

Search for the group want to join: for example “UTHealth-IT SEV”

    

                  To clear the search results, select Clear.

1. Double Click/Select the group you want to join.

UTHealth-IT SEV1 or UTHealth-IT Sev2/3

2. Select Join

To leave a distribution group:

1. To leave, Click here to access Groups I belong to.  
2. Select the distribution group you want to leave.
3. Select Leave Icon
