If you receive a prompt when launching a Citrix resource stating, "You have not chosen to trust InCommon RSA Server CA 2 or USERTrust RSA Certification Authority the issuer of the server's security certificate" follow the steps below.
Windows
- Download the Specific Cert file using the following links Incommon RSA(download) or USERTrust RSA (download)
- Double-click the downloaded file, most likely in the user downloads folder.
- A Certificate import wizard will popup, proceed with the defaulted selections to import the cert
- Relaunch the Citrix Workspace application and launch the desired resource
*For the Windows OS, If you do not get the following popup window please retry the steps again.

MAC
- Download the Specific Cert file using the following links Incommon RSA(download) or USERTrust RSA (download)
- Click allow on the "Do you want to allow downloads...."
- Select System on the Keychain: option, and then click on add
- Enter you computer password.
- Close Keychain Access application.
- Relaunch Citrix Workspace application and launch the desired resource
