If you receive a prompt when launching a Citrix resource that states "You have not chosen to trust "InCommon RSA Server CA", the issuer of the server's security certificate" follow the steps below.
Windows
- Download the file at this link (download).
- Double click the downloaded file most likely in the user downloads folder.
- A Certificate import wizard will popup, proceed with the defaulted selections to import the cert
- Relaunch Citrix Workspace application and launch the desired resource.
MAC
- Download the file at this link (download).
- Double click the downloaded file most likely in the user downloads folder.
- Keychain Access application will launch and verify "InCommon RSA Server CA" is in the list.
- Close Keychain Access application.
- Relaunch Citrix Workspace application and launch the desired resource
***If the mac gives an error message after double clicking the InCommon Cert file, the user will need to manually move the cert from downloads folder to the "System" Cert location
