Citrix Certificate issue - InCommon RSA Server CA 2 Not Trusted

If you receive a prompt when launching a Citrix resource stating, "You have not chosen to trust "InCommon RSA Server CA 2", the issuer of the server's security certificate" follow the steps below.

Windows

  1. Download the file at this link (download).
  2. Double click the downloaded file most likely in the user downloads folder.
  3. A Certificate import wizard will popup, proceed with the defaulted selections to import the cert 
  4. Relaunch the Citrix Workspace application and launch the desired resource

*For the Windows OS, If you do not get the following popup window please retry the steps again. 

 

MAC

  1. Download the file at this link (download).
  2. Click allow on the "Do you want to allow downloads...."
  3. Select System on the Keychain: option, and then click on add
  4. Enter you computer password.
  5. Close Keychain Access application.
  6. Relaunch Citrix Workspace application and launch the desired resource
