Rightfax Client Install
Uninstall old version of Rightfax
Go to File Explorer and enter this \\RF\RFClient
Run Setup.exe
Allow app to make changes to device (if asked)
Select Next
Check the I accept the terms button, Next
Check the Custom Button, Next
Uncheck the box next to “Outlook Advanced”, Next
Some software installs may be required or not, Next
Apply (This may take a while or may not be needed)
Next on Install (2)
Accept Installation Folder by selecting Next
Next on Configure (3)
Put rf.uthscsa.edu for Rightfax Server Name
Next
Apply
Finish
Rightfax is not designed to be a storage system. Make copies of anything you need to retain as the system cleans off old faxes automictically.
