3.2 Content in Spanish

Because the university’s main website does not have a dedicated section in Spanish, our digital editorial processes do not have a governance process to manage Spanish content. Should a piece of web content be produced that requires the use of Spanish, the content should receive the same level of editorial review that all English content receives. Our credibility is at risk if we produce Spanish content with errors, so a formal editing process should be followed in such situations.

Otherwise, use caution if you are producing content that employs even a short Spanish phrase or quote. Confirm the spelling and grammar with a trusted university source.
