There is no troubleshooting expectationas we do not want the client to touch or handle it in anyway. All we ask for is the name of the device, which is located on the right side of the device, you will choose it in the drop down within the incident and provide a brief description of the issue (ie, temp not calibrating, time not reflecting correctly, screen not displaying, etc)
