Change Gateway Location on Global Protect 5.0.8

Issue:

User are experiencing slow connectivity while on VPN

Resolution:

  1. Click on your system tray and show hidden icons > Click on the Global Protect icon

       2. Click on Gateway drop down > Select a new Gateway Location.

           Note: If you are connecting in Texas, we recommend using either US Central or US South

  1. Global Protect should automatically reconnect to the new Gateway Location

            Note: You may have to reauthenticate to reestablish your connection
