Adding a Shared Calendar in OWA
The owner of the mailbox will be the ones to add user access to the mailbox\calendar they are responsible for. Please confirm with the owners you are added to the permissions list.
Please follow the steps below. If you are having issue, Please call the IMS-Service Desk @ 210-567-7777 OPT1
Type the calendar\mailbox name you have permission to view or edit.
That calendar will show up on the left hand side.
