If you are unable to view incoming faxes within a newly created Rightfax Mailbox in Outlook, verify that you have been given permissions to that mailbox.
If you do have permissions try disabling cached Exchange mode as follows:
File – Account Settings – Account Settings
Click on her account and click Change
Uncheck Use cached Exchange mode
Next – Finish
Final Step - Close outlook and Open Outlook again and confirm faxes are in the INBOX of right FAX Folder

Rightfax is not designed to be a storage system. Make copies of anything you need to retain as the system cleans off old faxes automictically.
