Android -- Clearing Cache and Cookies in Chrome

Problem:

• User needs to clear browser cache in order to access a website. 

Solution: 

• Open the browser and follow the steps to clear browser cache.

Steps:

1. Open the Chrome app in your Android device and tap more in the upper right hand corner then, tap settings. 

2, Select the Privacy tab

3. Select Clear Browsing Data

4.Check Clear the cache and Clear cookies, site data, then tap clear.
