Problem:
- User needs to clear browser cache in order to access a website.
Solution:
- Open the browser and follow the steps to clear browser cache.
Steps:
1. Click on the settings icon in the top right hand corner of the screen. In the newest versions of Chrome, this will be three vertical dots 
In older versions this will be three horizontal lines 
2. Scroll down and select More tools > Clear browsing data....
3. In the window that pops up, select "the beginning of time" in the dropdown box then, select "Cookies and other site and plug-in data" and "Cached images and files". Click Clear browsing data.
