Problem:
- User needs to clear browser cache in order to access a website.
Solution:
- Open the browser and follow the steps to clear browser cache.
Steps:
1. Click the Menu icon (three stacked horizontal lines) in the upper right hand corner, click History, then click Clear Recent History....
2. Select "Everything" on the Time range to clear field. Then, click Details and select both Cookies and Cache. Click Clear Now.
