BitLocker recovery is the process by which a user needs to have access returned to a BitLocker-protected drive in the even that it was locked due to security reasons. The recovery password will be 48 digits.
Issue:
If user is unable to access computer, due to computer requesting BitLocker Drive Encryption Recovery Key. See examples below.

Steps:
1. Search and locate computer in Active Directory.

2. Double click computer, in search results, to view properties.

3. Click "BitLocker Recovery" tab to retrieve password(s).

4. Select most recent date to view password in the details below.

Due to length of recovery password it may be emailed to user.
