The Qualtrics support site houses more than 1,300 text-based, illustrated guides to every feature in the platform. The articles include everything from introductory overviews of products, deep dives into every setting, step-by-steps for common builds, and troubleshooting tips.

While working in Qualtrics you can get personalized support based on where you are in the product. Click the question mark () icon inside the Qualtrics platform to open the help window.

Navigating the in-product help window
1 - Qualtrics Support AI Assistant can be used to ask questions by typing directly into the chat input and pressing Enter. If the assistant can’t answer your question, you can choose to contact support directly from the window.
2 - Frequently Asked Questions: View commonly asked questions based on the product area you’re working in. Clicking one of these will start a chat with the Support AI Assistant, where you can ask additional questions for your specific use case.
3 - Support Resources: Navigate to other help resources, including the Customer Success Hub, Experience Community, XM Basecamp, and the Weekly Product Release Notes.
4 - Contact support by logging in to your Customer Success Hub.
Getting Started with Surveys
Creating a Survey
Using a survey project, you can pick from a wide array of question types. You can distribute your survey, automate it, analyze the data you've collected, and create reports all from right inside one project.
1 - Survey: In the survey tab you can create questions, customize what questions appear to respondents when, configure respondent quotes, and much more.
2 - Workflows: Automate work flows based on what happens in the survey.
3 - Distributions: In the distributions tab, you can send your survey to your respondents in many ways, such as email, qr code, anonymous link, etc.
4 - Data & Analysis: Here is where you can take a look at the individual responses you collected and make edits to them. You can look at the data right inside Qualtrics or you can export it for analysis in another app.
5 - Results: The results tab is where you will see the result of your data collection organized into dashboards. These dashboards can be customized with unique charts and filters.
6 - Reports: Use the reports tab if you want to create a PDF report from scratch.
