How to Make Inbound/Outbound Calls on Teams

  • How to make Outbound calls on Teams
    • Search for name/user name of the person you want to call
    • Click on Show Contact Card
    • From Contact Card, you can choose to attempt a video or audio call

 

  • How to take Inbound calls on Teams
    • Note: For mobile devices, notifications will need to be ON for teams in your device's settings (Shown for Android and Apple below)
    • When receiving Teams calls on a computer, a notification appears in the bottom left of the computer screen
    • When receiving a Teams call on your phone, the call appears similar to a regular phone call
    • If you have Teams on both your computer and phone, the Teams call will show up on both devices
    • Accept the call on your preferred device by hitting the blue phone Icon
