Award images (like Top Doctor) can be added to individual profiles. They will display in the About Me section of the web profile.
- Award images should be added via the media library in Wordpress.
- Then the url of the image should be added to Yext in the Awards field.
Add Image to Wordpress Media Library on providers.uthscsa.edu
Log into providers.uthscsa.edu/wp-login.php
Hover over Media in left toolbar, click on Add Media File
Upload image (make sure it has a unique name, like top-doctors-2026.png).
The same image can be used for multiple doctor profiles.
Get the url of the image. Click on Copy URL to Clipboard.
Add Image URL to provider profile(s) in Yext
Log into Yext.
Find the provider profile.
Under the Uncategorized Fields section, edit the Awards field.
Click on the pencil in the top right.
Then click on Select photos.
Click on Enter URLs.
Enter the url you copied earlier from Wordpress. Click on Upload, Continue and Save.
The awards will be imported into Wordpress the following morning.
