PaperCut Mobility Install Instructions For Windows OS
Please note you must be connected to the UTHSCSA network/HSC Wave (Wi-Fi) to download these drivers.
- Open a web browser, click or copy and paste the link below into the Search bar, and hit “Enter” on your keyboard.

- Click the green “Download” button to start the download of the Mobility Print drivers.

- The download will begin on your computer. The download will prompt the message below. Click the “Download insecure file” button to download the printer drivers.

- Open your File Explorer and go to your “Downloads” folder.
- Run the file called “pc-mobility-print-printer-setup-1.0.341[mobilityprint.uthscsa.edu].exe by double-clicking the file or right-clicking the file and selecting “Run as administrator”

- A “User Access Control” window will pop up asking if you would like to make changes. Select “Yes”.
- The setup process will begin with a pop-up asking if you would like to select your language. Select the language of your choice and click “OK”.

- Read through the License Agreement and accept the agreement by selecting the radio button for “I accept the agreement” and click “Next”.
- The download will begin, and you will be prompted to select the printer drivers.
- Windows users will select the “FindMe [Papercut]” and “MobilityPrint-B&W [Papercut]” drivers available by clicking the checkbox by each driver, then clicking “Next”.

- Enter your UTHSA username and password and click “Next”.

- The printer driver will finish installing.
- Complete the Mobility Print Printer Setup by clicking “Finish”.

- Using the search bar, search for “Printers & Scanners (located in the System Settings) and select the menu option.
- The printer drivers for PaperCut Mobility are now installed.

Please note that the printers will be used as follows –
- FindMe [Papercut] – Windows users printing in color.
- FindMeMac [Papercut] – Mac users printing in color.
- MobilityPrint-B&W [Papercut] – Windows and Mac users printing in black & white.
