How to Turn on Wi-Fi Calling for iPhone

1. Make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi before attempting to call with Wi-Fi.

2. On your iPhone, navigate to Settings then select Cellular

a. Under Cellular, select Wi-Fi Calling

3. Switch the toggle “on” for Wi-Fi Calling on This iPhone

a. A pop up will appear, asking if you want to Enable Wi-Fi Calling? Select Enable

4. A window labeled Important Information will appear.

a. You may have to update your Emergency 911 Address and then select Verify address before you are able to turn on Wi-Fi Calling

5. Once you have completed the previous steps, you should see that the toggle for Wi-Fi Calling on This iPhone is now on

How to Turn on Wi-Fi Calling for Android

1. Make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi before attempting to call with Wi-Fi.

2. On your Android phone, navigate to Settings then select Connections.

3. In the new window, switch on the toggle for Wi-Fi Calling

4. A new window will automatically pop up, switch the toggle from Off to On
