Workflow Documentation for Data Shared Solution
1. To request a link to share the end user will create a ticket with Radiation Oncology operations team using Microsoft forms request.
In the request the end user will input:
- Patient MRN
- Contact Information at Collaborating Facility
- Data to be Uploaded
2. Request will be reviewed by myself and verified with requester.
3. Link will be created and shared with collaborating team with 24-hour expiration date
4. When ready, data will be downloaded, and link will be set to expired, removing access to collaborating site
5. Operations request ticket will be closed and resulted in the Operations request site.
