Single Sign On (SSO) / Shibboleth login error assistance

If you have arrived at this page after attempting to log into an application, then there was a problem logging you into that application and you were re-directed here.

For assistance, please contact the IMS Service Desk at (210) 567-7777 or ims-servicedesk@uthscsa.edu and indicate that you have a Shibboleth log on issue.

To assist with troubleshooting, please follow the attached instructions (see "Attachments" section at the lower right) to collect some relevant information to provide to the technician you work with.  Also, please provide the following details:

  • The application you were trying to log into.
  • The time you attempted to log in.
