Step 1: Log into UT Health Learns as normal, and go to My Team and select the UT Health Learns tile.
Step 2: In the upper right-hand corner select Action, and then choose Assign Learning.
Step 3: Fill in the relevant fields which include:
- Assignment Type (Voluntary or Required)
- Due Date
- Learning Item (i.e. EPIC)
- Learners (can add multiple at one time)
- Note to Learners

Step 4: Once you have filled in all relevant information, select Assign in the upper right-hand corner.
