1. Once you log in to UT Health Learns, navigate to My Team.

2. Under Apps, select UT Health Learns.

3. In the upper right-hand corner, under Actions, Select Assign Learning to My Team.

4. Under Assignment Type, select Required Assignment from the drop-down menu.

5. Enter the date you want the employee to begin the assignment in the Start on or After field. In the example, we selected 4/6/21.

6. Enter the desired completion date in the Due By field. In the example shown we selected 5/7/21. Next, select Continue.

7. In the search field, type the name of the course in which you want to enroll the individual (s) and select enter on your keyboard. In the example provided we chose Epic Prelude.

8. A list of courses will appear. Choose the one you want by selecting the radio button next to the course.

9. Select Continue at the bottom of the screen.

10. Choose the employees you wish to enroll in the course by placing a checkmark next to their name, and then select Add Learners.

11. You will notice that the employees selected now have Added next to their names. Select continue.

12. Select the Submit button.

13. You will see a message pop up that says "The assignments are processing now... Wait for all assignments to be processed before closing this window."

14. Once you receive the message that says "The assignment creation process has completed" you may then select Done in the upper right-hand corner.


Congratulations! You have now enrolled the selected individuals into the specified learning.
