Axium- Password Reset

BEFORE RESETTING PASSWORD

  • VERIFY BADGE # AND DATE OF BIRTH
  • USER MAY HAVE A DIFFERENT USER NAME IN AXIUM

 

In your VDI session, open Axium client software (pinned to your task bar)

 

 

Log with in user name + password

 

Click on Action then Maintenance 


Click on Users

 

Enter criteria and search for user by first name or last name or user name

Double click on the name

 

Password Reset

  • Clear out Password changed date
  • Clear out the password and replace it with Temp1234
  • Save
  • Close
  • Done
  • The user will be prompted to change their password. Use Temp1234 as the old password

 

Expire password- How to find an expired account

  • If the expired field has a date in it, clear it out (Step 3)
  • Clear the password (step 2)
  • Type new password Temp1234 (Step 2)
  • Clear the password changed date and save and close (step 1, step 4 and step 5)
  • Open again and clear out password change date
  • Done

Do not change the password under Card logon
