Open the VMware Horizon Client window. The user should still be logged in where you can see the VDI icons available.
Right Click on the Axium App. Click on "Settings". For MacOS Users, Control-Click the Icon or press two fingers on the track pad to open the icon's menu.
On the left pane, Select "Applications". Click "Reset" to force-quit Axium.
Please click yes to confirm. Resetting the Application will kill the current instance and terminate all services running locally on the user's machine.
Please wait 5-10 seconds and open Axium again. A new session will be created for the user.
If a Black Screen Window appears, Reset the Application and do a complete Restart on the Macbook or Laptop.
