Refresh connection on Global Protect 5.0.8

Issue:

Users are unable to connect to internal network or on-prem resources such as RDP or file shares while on VPN.

Resolution:

  1. Click on your system tray and show hidden icons > Click on the Global Protect icon

  1. Click on Settings bar

  1. Click Refresh Connection

  1. Click Ok

  1. You will need to reauthenticate to Global Protect and 2FA using your domain credentials
