FSCM Page data is inconsistent with database (18,1) error

Using PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM), if you come across the following error message this article will walk you through the possible fix.

Fix: The “Page data is inconsistent with database” error can usually be fixed by logging out of Financials, closing the browser completely, then re-opening the browser and logging back in. You can continue your requisition by going to Manage Requisitions, click the drop-down arrow to the right, click edit, click Go, complete submission of the requisition, and waiting for confirmation page. If you still get the error after exiting out of everything try clearing your cache and using a different browser instead (Internet Explorer 11 is the recommended browser for this application).
