Open USB
Selecting a file to open without opening “Access Encrypted Files (Mac).dmg” will result in error messages.
Ex.
Ex. Select “No”
Open “Access Encrypted Files (Mac).dmg”
Dell EMS will launch and double click “AccessEMS” to continue
EMS Explorer - temporary use, portable
EMS Service - installed permanently on your own computer
Enter the password for USB that was created when first encrypted.
Once correct password is entered, access to the file is granted.
