Embed Video on a Page within the Text Editor
Using the Basic HTML or Full HTML text format, you can use the Insert Media icon in the text editor toolbar.
Insert the video url. Use this format for the video url:

Click on the Add button.
Click on the Save button.
Click on the Insert Selected button.
