UT Health Learns: Managers - View Learning Assignments for Your Direct Reports

Step 1: From the UT Health San Antonio homepage, Select Search/ Quicklinks and then UT Health Learns.

Step 2: Enter your UT Health SA login credentials and select Login.

Step 3: Select My Team and then the UT Health Learns icon.

Step 4: This brings you to the Team Learning page. The default is set to Current Enrollments. You can change this to Past or All as well. Past enrollments are those that are already completed. All will show both past and current enrollments.

Leaders are quickly able to see who has past due assignments, or assignments that are coming due in the next 30 days.

Step 5: To see what learning assignments are due or past due, select the name of the team member you want to view.

The list of learning assignments populates. You can see the due date, the status such as “In Progress” or “Not Started.” Past due assignments will have a red Overdue notification, and anything that is coming due in the next 30 days will have a call out as well.

“In Progress” means they have started, but not completed the module. “No Active Offering” means they have not selected an offering to begin. “Not Started” means an offering was selected, but not yet started.

Leaders can email individuals directly from this screen and remind them to complete the training. This is done by selecting the arrow icon, which opens an outlook email addressed to the individual.

Step 6: Leaders can also see who has assignments that are coming due or are past due for specific courses. This is done by navigating back to the Team Learning screen and selecting Learning Items. Type in the name of the course you want to review in the search field and select <enter> on your keyboard.

The course list will populate. Select the one you want to view.

This presents a list of your team members who have outstanding learning assignments for the course.

You can view the due date, the status, whether or not the course is past due, and directly email individuals (by using the arrow icon) from this screen.
