Click on the Edit tab for the page that you would like to add to the menu system.
On the right side, click on Menu settings tab to expand.
Check "Provide a menu link".
Menu link title: Enter the title you would like to appear in subnavs / breadcrumbs.
Parent link: Select the parent page.
Click on "Save" button.
