Content that automatically updates based upon tags can be cached indefinitely by the block editor.
Caching can be turned off in the shortcode or in the block editor. To turn off caching in the shortcode, just add the highlighted text to the shortcode for the view.

Another option to refresh this content is to edit the page using the Block Editor.
Click on Use View
Toggle Cache view to off.
