Adding a new glossary term
1. On the glossary page under the search box, click on Add new term.
2. Enter the data in following fields
- Term name
- Type of Research
- Use the Description field for the popup definition
- Use the long description field for the glossary page definiton
3. Check any Related terms. And then click on the Save button at the bottom of the page.
Editing a glossary term
1. From the glossary page, click on the Edit link under the term name.
Deleting a glossary term
From the glossary page, click on the edit link under the term name.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on the Delete button.
Enabling/disabling the highlighted/linked terms in content
To show the glossary terms on new content, switch the text format under the text editor to Glossary Enabled.
If you would like to disable the glossary terms on existing content, switch the text format to Full HTML.
