How to Submit an IT Service Request

Resolution:

  1. Go to uthscsa.teamdynamix.com
  2. Click on Client Portal 
  3. You'll be directed to the My Service Center home page. 
  4. You can Search the portal or click IT Services to view services 

          

 

           

         5. Once you have located the service you need click the button in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

          

          6. Fill in all the necessary fields and click the Request.

          

 

            7. Once your request has been submitted, a ticket number will be provided.
