How to HARD RESET A CISCO PHONE
Press the cog wheel on the phone
Scroll down to #5, Admin Settings press the inner circle to select
Scroll to #4, Reset Settings press the inner circle to select
#1, All, press the inner circle to select
Are you sure you want to reset, Reset
Phone will cycle through a reset which typically take 1-5 minutes
