Problem:
Unable to remote into computer, due to remote connection off.
Steps:
1. Click on the windows logo on the bottom left of your screen and type This PC, right click and select Properties
2. Click Remote settings on the left side column. (**if you are not an admin on your machine conact the service desk at 210-567-7777 option 1 to proceed**)
3. On the remote tab. Choose the section option, Allow remote connections to this computer and check the box underneath it.
Next, click Select Users...
4. Select Add and enter user name, select Check Names, confirm user name and select OK.
The computer has now been setup for your remote access.
