Telephone, Voicemail, and Conference Calling Unit Services


IMS / Infrastructure Solutions provides all voice services for UT Health SA. This includes installation of new phones, disconnects, moves, and changes for existing telephones services. Voice mail service via Cisco Unity is also provided. This service allows you to retrieve our voice messages and view missed calls through Cisco Jabber or your Cisco Telephone. Departments may purchase conference units with expandable microphones directly from IMS / Infrastructure Solutions. Each unit will have a unique telephone number assigned to the unit.

One Time Charges (Telephone Services):

  • Moves with active cable: no charge
  • New installs/Moves with an existing cable that is not active: $356
  • New installs/Moves without cable: $585
  • Disconnect: $20
  • Feature changes to current phone (ie, adding extension(s), name changes, phone functions, etc): $10

Monthly Reoccurring Charges (prices include device and voicemail):

    All phone types:$27.50

    Softphone (Jabber Windows Only): $17.50

One Time Charges (Conference Calling Unit Services):

  • Conference Unit w/ expandable microphones: $1200

Monthly Reoccurring Charges:

  • Phone number associated with the conference unit: $12
  • Toll Free Conference number: charges apply only when the employees PIN enable conference calls, charges vary depending on how long the call takes place and how many participants.
