MyCloud New Service

Introduction:
MyCloud is the UT Health SA Private Cloud storage service for sharing sensitive documents with internal and external colleagues. It is similar to Dropbox but is sanctioned for use of sensitive data, unlike the Public Cloud.
You can attach your network shares, computer shares, and Public Clouds to MyCloud so you can access all your files from anywhere and any devices. It is convenient for sharing files and editing files remotely without the need to login to VPN.

Subscribers can use MyCloud Cancel Service to unsubscribe to MyCloud. Be sure to move files from MyCloud prior to cancelling the service.

Departments should use MyCloud Cancel Service to stop recurring charges to a PID when employees retire, transfer or terminate. Data from MyCloud will be deleted 2 weeks after cancellation, retires, transfers or terminations.

Once approved, average completion time for this service is 2 to 3 days.

All UT Health SA faculty and staff.
